-Only healthy, captive bred animals will be offered for sale. Absolutely no wild-caught animals allowed. Feeders may only be sold by certain vendors.
- Vendors must comply with all local, state and federal laws! Please research the laws and abide by them.
- NO NATIVE SPECIES, CROCODILIANS, VENOMOUS OR ENDANGERED SPECIES ALLOWED.

- All animals must be healthy and properly labeled in a safe enclosure.
- The expo is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
-Receipts must be accompanied with every transaction.
-Vendor booths are sold per table. The first table is $75 and additional tables are $25. All table locations are on a first come-first serve basis.
-Each table is 6 foot long and includes a tablecloth and skirt.
- All vendors have access to electricity (no extra charge). Please bring your own power cords and multi-outlets.
- WE DO NOT HOLD TABLES WITHOUT REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT. Tables are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. You are only guaranteed table(s) if you have registered online and paid for them! We always sell out each show, so get your registration and payment in as early as possible.
- Vendors can set up from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday night, or from 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
- Doors open to the public from 10-4 p.m.
- The hotel has a full-service restaurant, bar, and ATM on site. It has plenty of parking and is located right off I-5. For room reservations, please call the Holiday Inn at 503.682.2211. Mention the "reptile show" rate for a $85 a night room rate.
